Welcome to Alkaline Home Bathing
I’m truly happy that you’re here and that you’ve chosen to walk this path.
You’re about to explore a method that we consider one of the most effective ways to support the body.
Before we step into the warm water and dive into the philosophy and technique, we need to clarify a few ground rules – just like in any good adventure. This is important so that you go through this course with the right expectations and, above all, in a safe and responsible way.
1. This course is an experiential self-care training for home use
What we share here is based on our experiences, observations, and our personal philosophy of bathing. It is important for you to understand that everything we write, teach, and pass on in this course is not scientifically proven.
We are working within a framework of experiential knowledge. Many of the concepts we describe (such as “repair processes” in water or the exact mechanisms of deacidification) are models that work well for us and feel coherent – but they are not recognized by conventional medical science.
For legal clarity, please consider this course as educational entertainment. Our intention is to inspire and motivate you and to make ancient knowledge accessible in a modern way – but we are not conducting academic or medical science.
2. No medical advice
This point is crucial: The information, opinions, and ideas shared in this course do not constitute medical advice.
- We are not doctors or licensed medical practitioners.
- You must not use the information in this course to diagnose or treat medical conditions or illnesses.
- If you are ill, experience symptoms that concern you, or are currently under medical care, please consult your physician or healthcare professional.
Alkaline bathing can be a powerful practice, but it never replaces professional medical treatment.
3. Personal responsibility is the key
We place great importance on your safety and well-being. However, the responsibility lies 100% with you.
- You are fully responsible for your own health and safety.
- In practical terms, this means: Always tune into your body: What feels good? What feels like too much?
- Act independently and consciously decide which steps you want to take.
- We assume no liability for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of following this guide.
This course is an invitation – a toolbox. How you use the tools is entirely up to you.
If you agree with this, let’s begin and return to the origin.
