From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the Bathtime Sanctuary becomes a peaceful environment for deep detoxification, mental clarity, and complete cellular regeneration. This is a full-day immersion — a chance to pause, release, and allow your body’s natural intelligence to restore balance and vitality.

The Deep Cellular Renewal Day is designed to help you let go of physical, emotional, and energetic tension. Through continuous alkaline bathing, hydration, and guided stillness, the body begins to rebalance its inner chemistry, cleanse accumulated acids, and restore natural flow.

The Water, Carbonates & sacred Space
Our pools are prepared with high-quality, mineral-rich carbonates (you choose yourself) and structured water. Before each session, both the water and the space are energetically cleansed with sage. Every person who enters the bath is also welcomed and energetically cleared – so the experience starts pure, grounded, and sacred.

Drinks & Juices
Throughout the day, you’ll receive plenty of fluids to support your detox. This includes freshly pressed juices, herbal teas, remineralized water, and optionally barleygrass shots – all chosen to gently assist your cleansing process.

Alkaline Meal
We offer simple, nourishing plant-based meals that align with your personal taste and support the detox experience. Our kitchen is rooted in love and simplicity – nothing fancy, just exactly what your body needs.

Medicinal Mushrooms (optional)
If you're curious, we offer optional access to healing mushrooms such as Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps, and Lion’s Mane. These can support cognitive clarity, immune function, and emotional processing during your bath. Just ask – we’re happy to explain how they can integrate into your journey.

You’ll have full access to regulate your own water temperature and pH levels. Want it hotter? Need more alkaline? We’ll show you how to adjust it all – and we’re always nearby to assist.
