Alkaline muesli with almonds, dates, apple and coconut

Alkaline muesli with almonds, dates, apple and coconut — 2 servings, 10 minutes

Method

4 steps, 10 minutes.

  1. Roughly chop the almonds and cut the dates into small dice.
  2. Core the apple and pear and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Mix everything with the desiccated coconut and cinnamon and divide between two bowls.
  4. Pour over the almond milk and top with the berries.

Why alkaline

100%alkaline-forming ingredients, estimated using PRAL logic

Almonds, dates, coconut and fruit are alkaline-forming — this muesli contains no grains at all, which makes it purely alkaline.

Tip from the kitchen

Make it ahead: mix the almonds, dates and coconut in a jar, and breakfast is ready in two minutes in the morning.

What “alkaline” means here. Alkaline-forming and acid-forming describe how a food is classified in the acid-base table (PRAL logic) — a calculated value, not a statement about effects in the body. The 80/20 rule of thumb — 80% alkaline-forming foods, 20% good acid-forming foods — is our experience-based model from the alkaline kitchen, not a diet plan. Bathmaster, not a doctor: these recipes are cooking, not therapy. Experience-based model
