Green alkaline juice
Cucumber, celery, spinach, apple, lemon and ginger — the green classic most people start with.

Green alkaline juice — 2 glasses, 10 minutes
Method
3 steps, 10 minutes.
- Wash everything; peel the lemon, core the apple and leave the skin on the ginger.
- Juice the ingredients in a slow juicer — feed the leafy greens in between the firmer pieces so they go through more easily.
- Stir briefly and drink straight away.

Tip from the kitchen
If you don’t like the taste of celery, replace it with an extra half cucumber and a handful of mint.
What “alkaline” means here. Alkaline-forming and acid-forming describe how a food is classified in the acid-base table (PRAL logic) — a calculated value, not a statement about effects in the body. The 80/20 rule of thumb — 80% alkaline-forming foods, 20% good acid-forming foods — is our experience-based model from the alkaline kitchen, not a diet plan.
